All digital items (templates, stationery suites, editable downloads, custom digital designs) are final sale due to instant access. Please review product details carefully before purchase.

Physical Products

Refunds or replacements are only provided for:

• Wrong item delivered
• Item damaged upon arrival

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Photos of the issue

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect personalization provided by the customer
• Delays caused by couriers
  

 

Custom Projects

All custom work follows its own contract and is non-refundable once work has begun.
